The Nature of Wellbeing
There are lots of different dimensions to wellbeing and this week will feature lots of activities that will help us to improve different aspects of our wellbeing.

Our wellbeing is greatly influenced by the way we connect socially. Loneliness is one of the great problems of our age and we will have lots of opportunities to make meaningful connections with others in our Community.
Probably the best understood of the different aspects of wellbeing. Being as fit as possible, within any physical constraints, will make a difference to our overall wellbeing.
There are lots of ways of improving our mental wellbeing, which interacts with the social, physical and spiritual. We are concentrating on particular activities centred on mindfulness and also nutrition.
Helping to understand our place in the universe and our relationship with the divine.
One of the best ways of improving our wellbeing is to join in with activities in our community. This builds our sense of connection with others and can be great fun. We are lucky to live in a community with a huge range of different things that we can get involved in. So why not drop in to the Activities Fair on Saturday 4th May 10:30am-1:00pm in the Saint Andrew’s Centre

Lots of different groups in the villages are working together to make the week a rich and varied experience with something for everyone.
We have a wide range of different events covering all aspects of wellbeing running throughout the week. More are being added so please check out the programme.
