Covering different aspects of Wellbeing

My role is to provide mental wellbeing awareness, services and initiatives within the community. Please contact me if I can provide information on what services are currently available or if you have an ideas or suggestions of initiatives the community might benefit from. All ideas welcome!
Sophie
Mental Wellbeing Worker
I can offer email/phone support for anybody who has general, non-medical concerns during pregnancy or the postnatal period. Parents are also welcome to join our regular Family Circle Groups, currently meeting online to chat with other parents. We have groups for new mums, expectant parents and will soon be offering a group for mums and dads of preschoolers
Ren

I am a play therapist and counsellor and I am primarily focussing on the Early Years and Infants schools. I am really enjoying the role, and I am loving being part of such a lovely and supportive team.
